Not only did Marco provide valuable insights about Milan, but he also graciously helped with our luggage, even braving the heavy rain to assist us. The attention to detail in the room, including the immaculate cleanliness and the invigorating rain shower, truly showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The proximity to the metro station made exploring Milan effortlessly convenient, and the nearby dining options, like the charming Pizzeria Piccola Ischia with a discount card from the hotel, added a delightful touch to our evenings.
